So Sweeeet company at the beginning of its activity has formulated goals to achieve. These objectives are clearly defined, measurable, achievable, realistic and what is also important time-bound. They are a represent of kind of path for the development for the organization. With the S.M.A.R.T. approach concept the organization is capable of determining the correct objectives, which in turn increases the chance of achieving them.

The objectives for the company are outlined below:

1. Be the number 1 of confectioneries in Poznań.

2. Have full room of happy and sweet clients every day (always full of customers 20 tables).

3. The development and expansion of the menu (confectioners have completed a minimum of 2 new courses confectionery in 2017).

4.  Have the large base of regular and satisfied customers (get 100% satisfaction among our customers).
